Hi Augus,
we now checked the order and the ETH address of the user.
When he bought 2 days ago, I personally assisted him, because he was not sure how to do it. Therefore I know, that the ERC20 address we stated was the one, which was shown when going to his Spot Wallet -> USDT -> Deposit -> ERC20.
I am 100% sure of this, because
I myself copied this deposit address and we entered it togehter when buying.
We have looked up the address on etherscan and the USDT have been correctly booked there:
https://etherscan.io/address/0x1f2a8FD64625827A5b7882F4E319D151aFcFee7c#tokentxnsToday the USDT of my colleague have been withdrawn by somebody to an address, where a lot of tokens are on (0x7161B18682f5f2a810aEd8cC15a10Adb0291E14b).
When we looked up in the spot wallet of my colleague for the ERC20 deposit address today it seems there has been generated a new one. (as you already told me)
But if this was the case, the old address must still be valid, like it is on other exchanges too, where all the former addresses of a spot wallet stay valid. And there should also be some kind of an address history of all the generated addresses of his spot wallet, I assume.
Please, Augus! We need solve this, as this is a good friend of mine and I personally know, that we did everything right when making the buys. We, for sure, all don't want to get a bad reputation here.
I kindly ask you to have a look at the address where the USDT of my friend have been automatically withdrawn today. Maybe it is one of the exhange main addresses:
