Another of my partners, who registered, passed the primary verification and want's to make the advanced verification but cannot, as he is blocked by the risk management.

He is from Germany and I know him personally, so there is NO RISK.

Please also check, what's wrong here, because both of my partners registered at various exchanges, even the big ones Binance and Kraken and both passed the KYC without any problems.

The same user (61157205) has bought 500 USDT via credit card on "Buy Crypto". During the buying process he stated his FameEX Wallet address as receiving address but received no USDT there.

But in the "Buy Crypto" overview, the 500 USDT are visible as received.

Side note: On the "Buy Crypto" overview the date is "January" although we already have "February" (there is also no February to select in the dropdown). Seems to be an error.

Can you also please check on this. 🙏We are all (also FameEX) losing money and intimidating users by such things.

we now checked the order and the ETH address of the user.

When he bought 2 days ago, I personally assisted him, because he was not sure how to do it. Therefore I know, that the ERC20 address we stated was the one, which was shown when going to his Spot Wallet -> USDT -> Deposit -> ERC20.

I am 100% sure of this, because I myself copied this deposit address and we entered it togehter when buying.

Today the USDT of my colleague have been withdrawn by somebody to an address, where a lot of tokens are on (0x7161B18682f5f2a810aEd8cC15a10Adb0291E14b).

When we looked up in the spot wallet of my colleague for the ERC20 deposit address today it seems there has been generated a new one. (as you already told me)

But if this was the case, the old address must still be valid, like it is on other exchanges too, where all the former addresses of a spot wallet stay valid. And there should also be some kind of an address history of all the generated addresses of his spot wallet, I assume.

Please, Augus! We need solve this, as this is a good friend of mine and I personally know, that we did everything right when making the buys. We, for sure, all don't want to get a bad reputation here.

I kindly ask you to have a look at the address where the USDT of my friend have been automatically withdrawn today. Maybe it is one of the exhange main addresses:

When we have a large number of markets, the expected value of price distribution should converge to the ‘real’ price.

Some prices are excluded from the average, denoted by an asterisk (*) on the markets tab if the price does not seem indicative of a free market price; for example, when an exchange disables withdrawals or deposits, or regulatory conditions make it impossible for anyone else outside of a certain geographical region to buy coins. Some prices are also excluded when our algorithms detect that the reported price is a significant outlier when compared to other market pairs for the same cryptocurrency, denoted by three asterisks (***) on the markets tab.

The volume of any cryptoasset is the total spot trading volume reported by all exchanges over the last 24 hours for that cryptoasset. Some market pairs are excluded from the sum, denoted by two asterisks (**) on the markets tab, if the exchange does not enforce a trading fee or otherwise offers significant incentives to trade on the market pair. Market pairs with these characteristics are rather susceptible to wash trading, resulting in artificially inflated reported volumes. Also one of our community members, who keeps trading PUTinCoins on FameEX (ID: 97716003) always get's blocked by risk control but he's doing normal trading with PUTinCoins also buying crpyto via debit card via FameEX. So he does nothing illegal but still get's blocked.

He already wrote support, got unblocked and now again he got blocked. That must be an error! Pls. also take care of that. Thx a lot! 🙏

Hi guys! Is it common practice, that withdrawals from MM accounts, which are older than 1 month, are on approval for one day and more?

I already told you my MM practice: For the manual account, I withdraw all PUTs, which were bought by my MM activities in regular intervals. I do not touch the PUT MM funds of 10M but I withdraw the other PUTs to reduce the supply in order to develop the price.

Could you therefore please allow the account 51969844 to withdraw funds without having them in the approval waiting list for 24 hours or more? It would also be according to the agreement, that MM accounts, which are older than one month should generally be allowed to withdraw.

This would facilitate my work enormously.

I know that security is very important, but FameEX is a vast outlier against all other crypto exchanges in terms of strictness.

A lot members of my community have already complained to me about this and told me, that they will trade on other exchanges, because for them it's very cumbersome as they did nothing irregular in their opinion, just trading and trying to withdraw their coins. And boom, they were locked.

This is not good and that's also a reason, why trading volume of PUT went down on FameEX, as users are afraid to trade because they are afraid to get locked.

Maybe you can discuss this with your security department, as I think we are all interested in developing PUT and earning money by this.

Cool! A friend just called and told me, that he successfully withdrew his PUTinCoin from FameEX, so it seems, you've fixed the problem! 😊 👍

I just started the withdrawal of the PUT funds in one of my MM accounts and kindly ask you to process the request as soon as possible.

For the other account there are still these 992Tsd PUT "In Use". Don't know why, because the PUT/USDT pair has been removed and I again ask you to pls. release those funds, so that I can also withdraw the MM funds of my second MM account. 👍

I this time tried to withdraw via app and just 1.9M and still get approval failed due to system maintenance.

And you don't answer me anymore!

Guys, let's talk straight!: Where are my PUTinCoins? Are they gone? Have they been stolen or what happened to them?

If so, I think we might find a solution, but don't leave me alone. This would not be fair, wouldn't it?

@Augus_Crypto Ok guys, if I don't get feedback or you are not willing to discuss a solution, I will need to inform my community, CMC, CG and all crypto connections I have, that you STOLE more than 20M PUTinCoin, or at least that a software error of your exchange caused the LOSS of them, so no other users funds are safe on FameEX and they should withdraw them all as soon as possible!!

Don't know if that is useful, but otherwise I see no means for myself, if you are not willing to talk with me about a solution of this situation that you yourself caused. So I hope for your honesty and seriosity like real business people and your feedback for negotiation within the next 48 hours.
